5th Anniversary Prize Draw T&C

Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Men@107 Limited.
3. The Prize Draw will run from 06/10/2023 to 23/10/2023.

Eligibility to enter

4. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age with a valid email address.
5. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6. There is no limit entry per individual. One entry per purchase completed on our website or in store, or one entry for eligible criteria to our social media promotion.

How to enter

7. The prize draw is free to enter.
8. The prize draw will include all new purchases made online and in store from 6th October 2023 to 23th October at 5:30pm. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
9. To enter the prize draw simply make a purchase in our store or online. Also you can enter by our promotion on Instagram and Facebook.
10. Men@107 will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
11. The prize will be distributed in this order and the pictures are displayed on our Instagram and Facebook profile:

- first ticket: Billybelt Socks Box;

- second ticket: Fox & Chave cufflinks and Bow tie;

- third ticket: Uberstar Cocktail Master

- forth ticket: Ashwood Leather Bag

- fifth ticket: Secrid Miniwallet

12. The tickets will be placed into a box and blindly drawn at random on 23rd October 2023 in our store at 81, Fortis Green Road N10 3HP at 5:30pm. Only one prize per customer.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
14. The decision of Men@107 regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

17. The winner will be notified on 24th October 2023 via the contact provided during subscription and thorough our social media channels.
18. Men@107 will attempt to contact the winner by email twice.
19. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Men@107 reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

20. After being notified and claim the prize, please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

21. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Men@107 for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name.
23. An announcement of the winners first name and will be made via Men@107 Instagram and Facebook.
24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Men@107 Privacy Notice.

Limitation of Liability

25. Men@107 does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Men@107 does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
26. Men@107 does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

General

27. Men@107 reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
