Parcels that are sent with Royal Mail using our standard tracked 48 hour service should be with you 48 hours after being posted. However Royal Mail will not take responsibility for loss or damage for up to 15 working days from the date the parcel was sent. We do endeavour to send your parcel to you as quickly as possible but please allow a maximum of 28 days delivery.
UK SHIPPING – Unfortunately, we currently are unable to send items to PO Box or British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) addresses
Free standard delivery is only available on orders which have delivery to UK addresses (Including N.Ireland) and are to a value of £35.00 or over.

Returning an item(s) is quick and easy. You
have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery. Each item(s) you
return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging in a saleable
condition. All you need is your order number and post code as entered on your

If you are unable to return an unwanted item
within the 30 day limit due to restrictions relating to Covid-19 we will honour
a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy
for example; they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging
and in a saleable condition. Please contact our team before the end of
your 30 day limit to discuss this with us and arrange a late return.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that this website is up-to-date it is not possible to ensure that all items are always available when you order.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of the goods. If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we will inform you as soon as possible. For the avoidance of doubt other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
Certain countries worldwide may charge an import
duty. We have no control over this charge and once an order is placed by
you, you have agreed to accept our T&C’s. Any charges received by us on
items returned due to this will be deducted from any refunds requested on goods
returned (unless the item is faulty.)

From time to time we may offer discount codes to be used against certain products. These codes may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated and also exclude discount on postage or sale items.
Gift Vouchers may be redeemed online or in our shop. Multiple, valid gift voucher codes may be utilised in one order. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.Unfortunately no change can be given from the website when ordering online.
